Lots of groups for a number of years have ordered neckers via Penarth and District Scout shop. With the shop in Penarth closing we are being asked where to get the neckers and what colours they are.
The colours are listed below and the fabric used, If you are not sure of your colours we have samples of the colours and fabric so please get in touch with the Area Office.
