Adult volunteers are at the heart of Scouting, and we hope that you will get every bit as much out of it as you put in. Scouting is not only about young people, but also about the development of adults within the Movement.
You maybe asking what do I need to do and how do I get my training completed?
The list below gives the full list of all modules and how the training can be completed.

c) via a training course either run by the Area through Eventbrite or by Scouts Cymru.

Getting started
All adults in new roles will need to complete

Personal Learning Plan (02) to be completed with training advisor
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) Training – E-learning
As part of you getting started evening you will have appointments panel and be support in validating these modules

There are three skills courses run by Scouts Cymru which form part of the Leadership and Management Training:
