Adult volunteers are at the heart of Scouting, and we hope that you will get every bit as much out of it as you put in. Scouting is not only about young people, but also about the development of adults within the Movement.

You maybe asking what do I need to do and how do I get my training completed?

The list below gives the full list of all modules and how the training can be completed.

a) online with the link to the training

b) via workbook with the link to the workbook

c) via a training course either run by the Area through Eventbrite or by Scouts Cymru.

There are three skills courses run by Scouts Cymru which form part of the Leadership and Management Training:

The dates for these three sessions can be found in the Scouts Cymru events calendar.  The independent learning must be completed before attending one of the three courses.
